Congratulations to Prof. Mor Saban on Her Promotion to Associate Professor with Tenure

We are pleased to congratulate Prof. Mor Saban on her promotion to the academic rank of Associate Professor with Tenure.

Prof. Saban is a senior faculty member in the Department of Nursing Sciences at the School of Health Professions, Gray Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. In addition to her role as Head of the Accelerated Nursing Program for Non-Nursing Graduates, she leads the DataMED Lab, a unique research laboratory that connects clinical practice with advanced data science and emerging technologies.

Prof. Saban’s research goes beyond traditional academic boundaries, incorporating generative artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning to improve medical processes. Her work focuses on developing intelligent models for patient prioritization and enhancing clinical decision-making at critical points of care.

From pioneering projects in the remote diagnosis of life-threatening conditions such as stroke, to the implementation of AI-based systems within emergency medicine departments, Prof. Saban is at the forefront of advancing the healthcare system toward a more data-driven, precise, and high-quality era of medicine.
