To be eligible, the application must meet all of the following criteria:

• At least one speaker must be a preclinical tenure-track member of the Gray Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences (preference for more).
• Conference organizers must be from TAU. Priority will be given if one or more organizers are from the Gray Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences.
• A budget justification must be provided.
• The conference must take place on the TAU campus and be open to students.
• There must be a gender balance among speakers: at least 1/3 female.
• The Gray Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences logo must appear on all advertising for the conference (emails, flyers, website, etc.).
• All expenses must follow TAU expense rules.

**The Faculty reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the criteria or based on budget availability.
