The Scientific Guest Subsidy is offered by the Gray Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences to affiliated faculty members, for hosting international affiliated faculty as scientific guests (lecture/course/seminar) on TAU campus. Funding covers accommodation (Europe: up to 2 nights; US: up to 3 nights) and dinner for up to 2 faculty members; other costs by request and justification. 
Selection based on application review and meeting the below requirements.

• Applicant: The speaker must be an International Adjunct/Affiliated Faculty member of the Gray Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences.
• Organizer: The organizer(s) must be from the Gray Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences.
• Application Materials: A budget justification must be provided with the application.
• Location & Access: The course or lecture must take place on TAU campus and must be open to students.
• Branding: The Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences logo must appear on all advertising related to the conference (including emails, flyers, the website, and other promotional materials).

Please Note:

• Covered Costs: The subsidy budget includes support for accommodation and dinner for the guest.
• Expense Compliance: All expenses must follow TAU rules.
