Neta Erez receives Melanoma Research Alliance (MRA) Established Investigator Award
Targeting neuroinflammation for inhibition of melanoma brain metastasis

Prof. Erez is Chair of the Department of Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine. She began her academic career at the Faculty of Agriculture, Hebrew University, where she received her B.Sc. She then proceeded to complete her M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the Weizmann Institute of Science in the field of tumor immunology. Supported by a fellowship from the Cancer Research Institute (CRI), Prof. Erez performed her postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Francisco, working in the field of tumor biology.
