WIM Tel Aviv wrapped up their year with an outstanding presentation and discussion by Dr. Lena Koren-Feldman, Deputy Director of the Rabin Medical Center and Director of Hasharon Hospital.

Women in Medicine (WIM) is a community for female medical students. The goals include facilitating professional development, creating networking opportunities with current and future female doctors and establishing a safe space to discuss the unique experience of females in healthcare. The medical students at Tel Aviv University initiated the program in 2022, with the support of Dean Professor Karen Avraham and have since grown to include more branches across the country, with a large national community.

The scope of the activity includes:

- A flagship program of 8 meetups, with 20-30 students in each cohort, run by each branch within their own faculty.
- National public events focusing on relevant topics such as women’s health and research.
- A national alumnae community, a platform that facilitates collaboration and networking among students from different School of Medicine and maintains the program's continuity.
