Rebecca Goldsmith

Rebecca Goldsmith is the Senior Research Coordinator in the Nutrition Department of the Ministry of Health. She has been integrally involved with all stages of the Mabat National Health and Nutrition Survey series, with 8 national surveys conducted since 1998, and she coordinates the Food security Research Committee of the National Food Security Council. She also manages the Israeli National Food and Nutrient Database. She has worked overseas on WHO-sponsored nutrition intervention and training programs and currently teaches public health nutrition to International Masters' students at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
