Dr. Bruria Adini & Dr. Shahar Lev-Ari awarded grant from Ministry of Education

Dr. Bruria Adini and Dr. Shahar Lev-Ari from the School of Public Health were awarded a grant from the Ministry of Education for a study on “Functional Resilience of Schools: Lessons learned from COVID-19 and beyond."

Dr. Adini, a Preclinical Faculty member of the School of Public Health, is the head of the Department of Emergency Management and Disaster Medicine in the School of Public Health. She is an expert in both field and academic activities in disaster management. Adini serves as a board member of Local Authorities Confronting Disasters and Emergencies (LACDE) and the Israeli National Council for Trauma and Emergency Medicine and served two terms as a board member of the World Association of Emergency & Disaster Medicine (WADEM).
