The Gertner Institute for Medical Nano Systems: call for students
1) Travel grants for students who will present their study in the field of Medical Nano Systems at the upcoming FISEBmeeting to be held in Eilat, February 2023. Eligible to apply candidates who were not supported by the Institute during 2021/ 2022.
·Applications should include; i) abstract ii) acceptance confirmation for FISEB iii) short text explaining relevance of the abstract to the field of Medical Nano Systems. Application should be submitted as one file, by February 1st 2023 to dafnab@tauex.tau.ac.il.
2) Students innovative grants aim to accelerate and enhance PhD students whose research relates to Medical Nano Systems. The research focus should be developing new research directions, which will lead to innovative ideas not included in their PhD proposal. Three awards of up to 25,000IS each will be granted.
· The application should include research background, hypothesis, aims, results and a statement concerning the innovation (limited to two pages).
· CV of the applicant.
· Approval letter signed by the thesis mentor.
Applications should be submitted as one file,by February 1st 2023, to dafnab@tauex.tau.ac.il.
·Awardees will present their study during a research day organized by the Gertner Institute
·The Institute has to be acknowledged in future publications.
