The planned meeting will include 11 sessions including 9 symposia, 2 keynote lectures, Arimua & Mutt Awards. Student and postdoctoral fellow competition and prizes. Topics to span regulatory peptides, peptide toxins, peptide drug development (ADNP/NAP), peptidases, & highlights for VIP, PACAP and related peptides.

Friday, January 12th, 2024:

9:00-11:00 Morning lecture + Session 4; 11:30-13:30 Session 5, 14:30-16:30 Session 6, 17:00-19:00 Session 7, Lunch and two coffee breaks

 

Saturday, January 13th, 2024

9:00-10:30 Arimua and Mutt Awards – session 8, Boat tour, tentative (11:00-13:00), Lunch (13:30-14:30)

15:30-16:00 Session 9 – Blitz presentations

16:30-19:00 – Session 10

 

Sunday, January 14th, 2024

8:30-10:30 Session 11

Registration fees (covering meeting materials, coffee breaks, lunches & social events): Waived

Hotel Accommodation (proof of registration): 500 NIS/person/night (Double room, two in a room including breakfast and dinner, register together), 900 NIS/night (Single room accommodation, including breakfast and dinner), these special prices will be available for all meeting participants.

Abstract submissions for short lecture competition:

Abstracts (10 words title, 250 words, text) by Ph.D. students or Postdoctoral fellow along with current CVs and list of publications should be submitted 15.7.23 – 01.10.2023 

Selected abstracts will be notified by e-mail by 5 October 2023. Unselected works will be presented as e-posters.

 

Meeting full papers are invited for the Journal of Molecular Neuroscience (will be rigorously peer reviewed). Submission by 01.03.2024 https://www.springer.com/journal/12031

 

 

Tentative pre-meeting day tour of Petra (25 participants at minimum), January 10

Extra expenses (extra stay): January 9 and 10 - hotel – 500 NIS/person/night (Double room, two in a room including breakfast and dinner, register together), 900 NIS/night (Single room accommodation, including breakfast and dinner) for two nights.
