Guidelines

  • Minimize your waste
  • Collect radioactive waste in plastic bags and proper containers. Do not accumulate radioactive waste in your lab
  • Container waste at Sackler building is located at Floor 0 (room in front of the elevators). Ask the keys with “Av bait”
  •  In case the container is full, ask Av bait to close the ring, throw your waste in a new container
  • In case of a very short half-life isotope (hours), decay your waste 10 half-lives and dispose in a regular trash
