Guidelines for Laboratory and Animal facility staff
Laboratory staff including Master and PhD students, post-doctoral fellows, researchers, lab managers and principal investigators (PI) are recommended to be immunized by Tetanus and Hepatitis B (according to the table)
Lab members
- Each staff member is responsible to get the vaccine in their own Medical Heath Care Center (Kupat Holim) Fill the form
- The payment of the vaccine will be reimbursed by the Safety Unit. Contact your Secretary Department. Fill the reimburse form and contact your Secretary Department
Animal facility staff
- Each staff member is responsible to get the vaccine in their own Medical Heath Care Center (Kupat Holim).
- The payment of the vaccine will be reimbursed by the Safety Unit. Contact Maria Kopolovic, 03-6409919/9211.
