Extramural Teaching

The Department is active in community activities, such as daycare centers and elementary schools in low-income areas. Children are examined for oral and dental problems, and oral health instructions are provided to the children, parents and staff. Children from these centers are treated at our Department Clinic.

The Department also participates in the "Special Olympics" games held every year. Faculty and students carry out dental examinations and provide oral health care instructions to all participants in the Special Olympics.
