StepOnePlus™ Real-Time PCR System is a 4-color/96-well Real-Time PCR PC controlled instrument.

StepOnePlus™ Real-Time PCR System utilizes long-live LED based 4-color optical recording from FAM™/SYBR Green I, VIC/JOE™, TAMRA™ and ROX™ dyes, to deliver precise, quantitative Real-Time PCR results for a variety of genomic research applications.

The software for the StepOnePlus™ System supports a variety of analysis methods, including:
