Students

A clinical rotation in dermatology is offered through three hospitals affiliated with TAU:  Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, Rabin Medical Center- Bellinson Campus, and Sheba Medical Center. Students from other medical schools in Israel and foreign students abroad may also do an elective rotation in these hospitals.

Continuing Education

The Department of Dermatology also offers continuing education courses for current physicians every second Wednesday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.  Maccabi Health Fund recognizes these courses as part of their post-graduate training.

Conferences

Every month, the Department organizes a meeting with the Israeli Association of Dermatologists at different hospitals. Residents present unique clinical cases that are discussed in-depth.

Each three months, the Department organizes meetings between the three hospitals to discuss special subjects.

An annual conference for Israeli dermatologists is held in conjunction with the Israeli Association of Dermatology. During this event, studies and case reports are presented. Special guest lecturers from both Israel and from abroad are invited. This conference usually occurs during June.
