Slide Scanner Olympus VS200

The Olympus VS200 is a slide scanner for high-throughput digitalization of histology and fluorescence slides for archival, diagnostics, teaching, and research. Our system supports three imaging modes: Bright field, Fluorescence and Polarization.

High-resolution images are converted into virtual slides through an automated high-speed scanning and tiling process.

Fluorescent scanning of up to 7 fluorophores; and a wide range of objective lenses (4, 10, 20, 40, and 63X).

 Acquisition and analysis

Acquisition is performed using the proprietary CellSens software. The .vsi virtual slide image files can be opened by Olyvia, QuPath, FIJI software
