ImageStream

The Amnis® ImageStream® Mark II Imaging Flow Cytometer is a sophisticated instrument that combines the abilities of flow cytometry with advanced microscopy. This system is suitable for a wide range of applications, including cell signaling and intensity, internalization, cell cycle, morphology, cell-cell interaction, co-localization, and autophagy studies.

 

The instrument is equipped with multiple excitation lasers, including a violet laser at 405 nm (120mW), a blue laser at 488 nm (100mW), a yellow-green laser at 561 nm (200mW), a red laser at 642 nm (150mW), and a darkfield laser at 785 nm for side scatter (SSC). The ImageStreamX is equipped with two cameras, 12 imaging channels (with various emission channels, spanning from 430-800 nm), and magnification objectives of: 20X, 40X, and 60X. Data analysis is performed using IDEAS® software, which combines image analysis and statistical stringency.
