Exam Schedule and Regulations
Courses at the School of Graduate Studies are evaluated as follows:

Notes to Professors and Course Coordinators
- Exceptional courses not falling under the above categories will be considered by the Teaching Committee following a request from the course coordinator.
- Multiple choice exams should include two questions for each hour of class sessions.
- Lab courses may admit only one student from the lab of the professor running the course.
- Participation in high-demand lab courses is limited to one student from each lab, with preference to students in the first year of their research.
- Exams will take place in the institution hosting the course.
- The Teaching Committee will ensure that course grades maintain a reasonable average.
- Exams must be submitted to the Office of the School of Graduate Studies for review by the Chair of the Teaching Committee.
- Please observe the above requirements. Courses failing to meet these requirements will not be approved.
Schedule of Exams
- All exams will begin at 9 am, unless otherwise noted below. Most courses have two exam dates. A student who fails the course in the first date is entitled to take exam on the second date.
