Otolaryngology

ENT check-up
Otolaryngologists are trained to diagnose and treat diseases of the ears, nose, throat, larynx, mouth, head, and neck.
Otolaryngology

The Department of Otolaryngology includes 50 physicians integrated in five TAU-affiliated hospitals. They mentor our medical students in both the Hebrew and English programs. During the students' clinical year, they will receive training in ENT diseases and tumors of the head and neck.

During their clinical rotation, medical students will participate in a one-week departmental training that includes lectures, seminars, and observations in the operating rooms. Students can also choose to take further elective coursework in otolaryngology. We also offer continuing education in ENT in the areas of ear, nose and throat medicine, surgery of the ear, and surgery of the head and neck,

In addition to educating medical students and residents, our department holds a three-year clinical forum meeting for physicians and specialists in the field. Within the framework of the forum, unique clinical problems are discussed and debated. A cohesive white paper is produced at the end of our forum.
