FACSMelody

The BD FACSMelody is a state of the art flow cytometer and high-speed sorter. It is equipped with 3-lasers (488-blue, 633 red and 405 UV) and 11 filter-set configurations to allow the identification of multiple molecular signals. 100 micrometer nozzle is applied for precise sorting of subpopulations of interest for further investigation.

Services available on the FACSMelody: Single or multi-color cellular analysis (phenotyping, intracellular staining, etc.) Sorting – up to two different subsets at a time and sorting into 24, 96, and 384 wells plates. Equipped with BD FACSChorus™ Software for analysis.
