BD Aria III

The BD FACSAria III is a state of the art flow cytometer and high-speed sorter. It is equipped with 4-lasers (488-blue, 561 yellow-orange, 633 red and 405 UV) and 19 filter set configurations to allow the identification of multiple molecular signals. Four nozzles (70, 85,100 and 130 micrometer) are applied for precise sorting of subpopulations of interest for further investigation.

Services available on the FACSAria III: Single or multi-color cellular analysis (phenotyping, intracellular staining, etc.) Sorting – up to four different subsets at a time and sorting into 24, 96, and 384 wells plates.

Equipped with DIVA 8.2.1 Software for analysis
