The Chromium X is compatible with the following single cell assays:

• Flex Gene Expression
• Universal 3' Gene Expression
• Universal 5' Gene Expression
• Chromium Single Cell ATAC
• Chromium Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression                
• Chromium X runtime is only 6 min for more sample recovery and better detection of challenging cell types, including neutrophils.
• Sample compatibility: Single cell or nuclei suspensions from fresh, frozen, or FFPE samples.
