BD FACSymphony S6

The BD FACSymphony S6 is a state of the art flow cytometer and high-speed sorter. It is equipped with 5-lasers (488, 561, 633, 405 and 355) and 30 filter set configurations to allow the identification of multiple molecular signals. Four nozzles (70, 85,100 and 130 micrometer) are applied for precise sorting of subpopulations of interest for further investigation. Services available on FACSymphony S6: Single or multi-color cellular analysis (phenotyping, intracellular staining, etc.) Sorting – up to six different subsets at a time and sorting into 24, 96, and 384 wells plates.

Equipped with DIVA 9.1.2 Software for analysis
