BC43- Benchtop Spinning Disc Confocal Microscope

The BC43 microscope is a compact and versatile imaging system suitable for researchers of all levels. It offers laser confocal microscopy technology without the need for a darkroom, enabling fast and flexible imaging from brightfield to confocal microscopy. The system features excitation lines at 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 638 nm, providing versatility in sample illumination. It also includes a range of objectives, such as 2x, 10x, 20x, 40x, and 60x oil, allowing researchers to capture high-resolution images across various magnifications. BC43's high-speed camera facilitates live-cell confocal imaging and 3D imaging of thick samples. The microscope also offers options for widefield fluorescence microscopy and transmitted light imaging, catering to various sample types. Furthermore, BC43 comes with powerful and user-friendly acquisition software, including an Imaris rendering engine for real-time 3D imaging. An introductory Imaris package is included, enabling users to visualize, reconstruct, and analyze their images. Additionally, users can enhance their analysis capabilities by adding Imaris modules, including a machine learning object classifier, to explore subtle biological interactions within cells, organelles, and proteins in their images.
