Obstetrics and Gynecology

Research in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology includes clinical studies on fertility issues and gynecological disorders. The Department is affiliated with the Joseph Buchman Gynecology and Maternity Center (Ob/Gyn) at the Sheba Medical Center. The Center integrates outstanding reproductive science research with high-quality and compassionate clinical care. With the goal of advancing women's reproductive health, physicians and researchers develop new reproductive technologies. They advance cutting-edge research in the fields of Perinatology, Onco-Gynecology and Infertility. Discoveries in these areas will permit the development of targeted therapies and prevention strategies for infertility and gynecological disorders.

Tel Aviv University is also affiliated with the OB/GYN and research departments at several other medical centers.
