Please Note: All exams are scheduled for 09:00, unless otherwise indicated in the table.


 

Course Structure, Classification, and Evaluation Guidelines:

  • Course Delivery:
    • Lecture (1-4 credits): Limited to 4 instructors per course.
    • Seminar & Lecture (2-3 credits): 50% of lectures will be delivered by the instructor, with students responsible for 50% of the content.
    • Seminar (1 credit): The first three lectures are delivered by the instructor; students present their seminar work.
    • Lab Course (1-2 credits): 13-16 hours concentrated (7 hours/day).
  • Course Requirements:
    • 75% attendance required to sit for the exam.
    • Assessments include written exams, assignments, presentations, and lab reports as applicable.
    • The number of participants is capped depending on the course type.
  • Exam Structure:
    • Written Exams: Multiple choice, open-ended, or a combination.
    • No take-home exams allowed.
    • For lab courses, the lab report serves as the grade.
  • Other Notes:
    • Lab courses with high demand may have limited enrollment, prioritizing first-year students.
    • All exams will take place at the institution where the course is taught.
    • Courses taught in English will have exams in English.
    • The committee ensures reasonable grading averages.
  • General Guidelines:
    • Exams must be submitted for review by the head of the Teaching Committee.
    • Adherence to regulations is mandatory; courses not meeting the requirements will not be approved.
