The Annual meeting of the Israel Prehistoric Society was organized this year by the Dan David Center for Human Evolution and Biohistory Research, together with the Israel Antiquities Authority

The Dan David Center was happy to organize and host the 2019 Annual meeting of the Israel Prehistoric Society.
The guest lecturer was Prof. Jean-Jacques Hublin from the Department of Human Evolution in the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology.
Prof. Hublin gave a fascinating talk about Hominin diversity in the Middle Pleistocene.
Dr. Ella Been won 1st place in the poster competition and PhD. Candidate Victoria Roul won 2nd place.
