Key Responsibilities
- Consult with PIs on statistical aspects of research design, analysis plans, and study protocols.
- Analyze complex biological, clinical, and public health data using statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, STATA).
- Develop, review, and validate statistical models and methods for diverse research projects.
- Contribute to grant applications, manuscripts, and conference presentations by preparing and interpreting statistical results.
- Train and advise faculty, staff, and students on statistical practices and best use of available tools.
- Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance throughout the research lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 5-year postgraduate experience.
- Solid experience with statistical software (SAS, R, STATA, MATLAB, SPSS) and advanced statistical techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively in an academic or research-focused environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

This role requires managing marketing, media relations, content creation, and website management to elevate the school’s profile locally, nationally, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy aligned with the School’s mission and strategic priorities.
- Translate complex scientific research into accessible, engaging content for a range of audiences.Manage media relations, institutional announcements, and press outreach.
- Oversee digital platforms, including website content management (Drupal), newsletters, and social media.
- Support faculty and researchers in disseminating findings through conferences, publications, and public forums.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to expand the School's visibility and influence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Communications, Marketing, Science Communication, or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven solo experience managing communications in academic or medical environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify scientific concepts.
- Experience with Drupal and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

Role Overview

will oversee the integration of research, development, and commercialization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the School’s technology development and business translation efforts.
- Advance cutting-edge research projects in collaboration with researchers, clinicians, laboratories, and biotech companies.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations, including CROs and CDMOs, biotech firms, VCs, and clinical collaborators.
- Foster entrepreneurship and a start-up-oriented approach.
- Cultivate partnerships with industry, investors, and clinical collaborators.
- Initiate and strengthen national and international collaborations with leading research centers, health institutes, and BioMedTech/pharmaceutical companies.

Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, PhD/MBA or MD/MBA in life sciences, medicine, chemistry, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience.
- Proven scientific leadership and management experience in Pharma or BioMedTech industry.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire others towards the achievement of goals.

The Gray School of Medical Sciences at Tel Aviv University is seeking a highly motivated and skilled bioinformatician to join our vibrant, interdisciplinary research environment.
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced bioinformatician to support and lead data-driven research in genomics, transcriptomics, clinical informatics, and systems biology. The successful candidate will collaborate with research groups across the School, including basic science, clinical departments, and translational programs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze high-throughput omics data (RNA-seq, DNA-seq, single-cell, epigenomics, etc.)
- Develop and implement computational pipelines and workflows
- Contribute to publications, grant writing, and data visualization
- Provide training and consultation to School’s researchers and students
Qualifications
- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or related field with at least 5-year experience
- Programming skills (Python, R, Bash)
- Experience with HPC/cloud computing environments
- Proven experience in NGS data analysis and statistical modeling
