Our lab is dedicated to finding treatments for retinal and macular degenerative diseases. We generate patient-derived iPSC-RPE models and retinal organoids to decipher the underlying mechanisms of the disease and develop treatments.

We are developing innovative gene therapy delivery systems, and use high throughput screening approaches for drug discovery.
