Meet Adva Shoham

Adva Shoham is a PhD candidate in the School of Psychological Sciences, performing her research in the Person Recognition Lab under the supervision of Prof. Galit Yovel, at Tel Aviv University.

She holds a BSc in Computer Science and Psychology, as well as an MSc in Neuroscience.

Her knowledge from these different disciplines converges in her PhD studies, where she employs computational methods, including language and visual deep neural networks, to investigate the contribution of semantic and visual information to human behavior and neural representations.
