Application form for MSc, PhD, MPH and Post-doctoral Scholarships

Eligibility

  • The student or post-doc must dedicate maximum time and energy to their studies and research of Parkinson's Disease.
  • Grades from BSc, MSc, or PhD - minimum GPA of 85 and a thesis grade of 90 or above
  • Recommendation by the MSc, PhD, or Post-doc advisor required
  • Commitment of the Advisor to assist in funding, up to 125% scholarship
  • Full time Tel Aviv University student or post-doc

 

Application process

  • Students/post-docs who meet the criteria above are requested to submit an Application form in PDF form, and signed by their Advisor. Advisor should upload letter of recommendation SEPARATELY.
  • The request should include the Advisor's approval for his/her commitment to funding as stated above.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
