Our lab provides researchers with the services they need to make scientific breakthroughs.
RNA-Seq is an application used to sequence the transcriptome of mRNA or small RNAs using Next-Generation Sequencing, to identify transcripts expressed at a given time.
Exome sequencing is an application of Next-Generation Sequencing used to sequence al the protein-coding genes in a genome, the exome, generally used to reveal variants across all coding regions.
Resequencing analysis is used to reveal genome-wide variations of sequenced data through comparison to a known reference genome. Variants are genotyped, annotated and compared between samples.
ChIP-Seq is used to analyze protein interactions with DNA in order to identify specific binding sites of DNA-associated proteins.
Microarray technology is used to gain insight into the expression levels of mRNAs or small RNAs of the entire transcriptome.
You can test the quality of your DNA and RNA using our TapeStation, Qubit and Bioanalyzer.
